Job Description
The commercial track is perfect for someone who is driven to, andpassionate about, leading others in a commercial function at an acceleratedpace. In this program, you will experience three commercial roles: sales,marketing and a third-year placement in whichever role you prefer to target theright career development path for you. Understanding the commercial businessfrom these different perspectives will fast track your career path toward acommercial leadership role, allowing you to end your first three years with anunderstanding of the customer mindset and savvy leadership skills. The idealcandidate for this program is someone with a commercial background who isn’tafraid to dig into the technical aspects of our products and markets.
Pre-requisites:
- Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on a challenge
- Bachelor’s degree or above with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Managementor similar major
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Demonstrate leadership aptitude with the desire to build a career in thecommercial world
- At least two relevant internships, or less than one year of workingexperience is required Positions within the Commercial Early Career LeadershipProgram will be based in Shanghai.
