In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting product business in commercial aspects, including optimizing the business planning and sales process in Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Business Controller, you will manage the order process with high quality, including coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and monitor the KPI.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring monthly review on product business, 24 months rolling forecast to contribute the lead time optimization and cost-saving by high forecast quality
• Preparing and coordinating demand review with the sales team, production planning, procurement, and Business Unit. Ensuring maintenance of forecast data once a month including plausibility checks
• Managing the implementation of sales order controlling on the approval process, sales price, costs, delivery time, temporary stock, loss order analysis, order backlog etC
• Managing Order process per customer, segments, and TC types based on company standard controlling tool
• Communicating with stakeholders and orders management effective and high-quality
• Monitoring KPI including OTD, forecast accuracy, etc
• Participating or supporting Product Business projects implementation and perform the project calculation by scenario
• Performing ad-hoc assignment from Business Controlling Manager or Local Business Unit (LBU) Controller

Your background

• 3 years of commercial experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Sound knowledge and experience of SAP ERP system, MS Office applications, Power BI and Python
• A Bachelor's degree in commercial
• Must be ambitious and know how to strive for excellence under pressure and multi-task
• Fluency in Mandarin and good communication in English
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
