Position Title: Commercial Data Science Marketing Specialist

How will you make an impact?

The Digital Marketing Specialist, Data Science will be responsible for executing data science strategies through sales and digital marketing channels. This role is fast-paced, data-driven and a successful candidate possess the ability to navigate the matrixed program effectively. This role manages multiple projects at once, coordinating cross-functionally and requires strong organizational and time-management skills. The Digital Marketing Specialist will support Data Science Program execution for teams in US, Canada and Europe.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Portfolio Management to gather content that assists in Sales conversations. Input and deploy content for display in Salesforce.com
• Execute Data Science programs in Eloqua that leverage model output to deliver plays for the Commercial team in Salesforce.com
• Monitor and report on execution timeline and status of sales and marketing Data Science initiatives
• Partner with Campaign Planning team, Strategic Marketing and Digital Strategist to execute marketing campaigns that leverage Data Science
• Train sales on use of Data Science Platform technologies including onboarding, specialized regional trainings, 1:1 trainings and maintain repository of educational content
• Drive Data Science Platform adoption and provide reporting for Managers, communications to Sales Team and weekly reporting for key stakeholders

How will you get here?

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in lab related industry
• Experience with Eloqua and Salesforce.com preferred
• Understanding of data science and digital marketing tactics
• Experience driving strategic initiatives for customers of varying scope preferred, spanning from large scale customers to small- mid opportunities
• Ability to function in a complex, matrix business environment is essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience working with sales reps and supporting their efforts to sell more effectively and efficiently
