- During bidding phase:Commercial Coordinator supports sales with components lists price which is the basis for sales to calculate the project offer price.
投标阶段,商务专员负责提供产品列表价便于销售计算项目报价。
- After order intake: Commercial Coordinator is following up contract execution, material availability and payment of the project.
合同签订后,商务专员跟踪合同 执行情况、物料供货情况以及项目回款状态。
日常工作:
1. 使用 SAP / PLM完成销售报价,销售合同,采购申请及其他销售文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作以方便后续查找。
将异常情况反映给相关销售人员。
Use SAP / PLM to complete quotations, sales contracts, purchase requisitions and other sales documents, make documents accessable for later use.
Inform sales about abnormal situations.
2. 负责销售合同的执行,客户回款跟踪。
Support sales for contract execution and track payments of customers.
3. 与仓库同事协调,跟踪库存,备货情况及催交,并将异常情况反映给相关销售人员。
Coordinate warehouses, track inventory and stocks, trigger activities to assure timly avalablity of material.
4. 负责收集、整理、归纳项目信息和客户信息如用户、代理商、中间人、设计院等,更新销售的 商务文件和信息,协助 BU 部门督促销售跟进项目。
Collect, classify and summarize project information and data of customers, design institutes, middlemen etc. Assure proper filing, update commercial sales project documentation. Support BU department managers and sales regional mangers to follow-up project in bidding and excution process.
5. 接收客户的询问并确保及时跟踪,支持销售的商务澄清工作。
Receive and follow up answers to customer’s questions and support sales for commercial clarification.
6. 负责客户、顾客的投诉记录,协助有关部门妥善处理。
Responsible for customer complaints record, assist the relevant departments to solve the problems.
7. 协助BU和销售部门做各种会议准备,包括内部会议的记录、会议数据及展示文。
Assist BU and sales department to prepare meetings, including meeting memo and presentation documents.
8. 负责 Bartec 集团内部包括德国等兄弟公司所有的采购订单、销售、发货和开票。
Responsible for orders in BARTEC Group (internal purchase + sales), shipping and billing to/from BARTEC companies.
9. 负责 合同数据的更新和维护。
Update and maintain contract data.
10. 支持BU经理和销售经理的商务或销售报告、项目数据分析和展示文件制作。
Support BU managers and sales managers in BARTEC CN for business and sales reports, data analysis and presentations. Analyze the project information, work data and training material for bussiness reports.
11. 根据ISO9001以及公司的要求指定文档。
Prepare documentation according to ISO9001 and company regulations.
12. 完成部门经理安排的其他工作。
Fulfill other work arranged by department manager.
