Marsh China is looking for a highly-motivated and result-oriented individual to work in one of our fastest growing business segments: Commercial and Consumer. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the China insurance industry including knowledge and understanding of consumer insurance programs and a strong network of insurance and relevant industry contacts.

职责描述：

? Support the development of client relationships including understanding of client business, strategy and objectives.

? Identify and document client and prospect insurance needs and requirements.

? Support the management of the business pipeline including identification and qualification of business opportunities according to company strategy.

? Develop RFP/ITT documentation to align market solutions with client requirements.

? Interact with insurance carriers to deliver tailor-made solutions and high-quality service standards.

? Support the development and presentation of client solutions including market research, program design, product design, risk transfer solutions and pricing.

? Develop strong internal relationships across the business to facilitate opportunity identification and cross-selling activity.

? Conduct analysis to align product and service strategy with market factors and changing client needs.

任职要求：

? 5+ years experiences with a top tier insurance broker or insurance company in China

? Automotive, Mobile Device, Appliance, Sharing Economy Industry Experience

? Strong China Insurance Industry Network

? B2B2C/B2C Business Models and Product Experience including but not limited to Automotive related Insurance/Service Products, Extended Warranty, Casualty Insurance Products.

? Understanding of Requirements / Applications of Technology in Insurance Industry / Consumer Businesses.

? Bachelor Degree in insurance or business discipline.

? Communications Skills

? Presentation Skills

? Negotiation Skills

? Commercial Acumen

? Ability to learn quickly

? Native Chinese; Fluent English Speaking, Reading and Writing.

Preferred

? International work experience

? Existing network in relevant industries

? Obtained or progress towards professional qualifications eg. ACII.
