Description

• The role involves processing of corporate and card setups for commercial card clients and supporting the repayment and settlement of the card transactions.
• The primary functions performed are BAU setups and maintenances as well as repayments and settlements and associated services.
• The process is time sensitive and bound by SLA that must be achieved in order to meet client expectation and future business prospect.
• The role demands a high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills. You will focus on timely and accurate delivery, as well as delivering superior customer services and resolving customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
