Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

Commercial assistant

1. Schedules and organizes business meetings and reviews for the business unit.

2. Prepares agenda, meeting material, minutes, and activities for business meetings as well as transcribe meeting actions and reports.

3. Assist Commercial Manager to optimize admin payment process to meet business requirement. Customer information set up and maintain.

4. Coordinate customer visit and audit

5. Support sales team prepare documentation

6. Take the additional tasks assigned by Commercial Manager

RTC support

1. Beijing RTC Management.

2. Meet all related requirements regarding EHS Management System.

3. Meet the need of additional equipment requested by end users.

Admin and HR

1. Implement regular office administration on daily basis and keep the office running smoothly

2. Answer all internal/external calls with good manner and transfer to the right person.

3. Coordinate for office renovation / moving / furniture procurement if any.

4. Coordinate company events and management meetings if any.

5. Communicate with all internal departments on admin affairs when necessary;

6. Receiving visitors in a professional manner and make sure guest check in/out procedures are followed.

7. Vehicle arrangement/monthly record for vehicle use

8. Provide service of staff on board & resign procedures if required.

9. Building good relationship with related departments via routine activities.

10. Support Admin. Manager on business certificates renewal and keep all certificates updated.

11. All payment application

12. Third party intermediary (Distributor, agent and service provider) maintenance and management.


Requires:

1. Junior’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent; related chemical knowledge and supply chain management experience is preferable. 商务、英语等相关专业本科以上水平。有相关工作经验者优先。

2. Fluency in Chinese and English. 具备英文读写能力。

3. Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office、Excel and Access. 熟练使用计算机办公软件


4. Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills. 良好的沟通,计划,协调,合作以及解决问题的能力。
