Job Description
Educational Requirements:
Generally, a master's degree or doctoral degree in electrical engineering, electronic information engineering or related majors is required. A doctoral degree is more advantageous in competition as it can reflect one's in-depth research ability in the professional field.
Professional Matching Degree:
The professional direction should be closely centered around electrical engineering, including but not limited to circuits and systems, microelectronics and solid-state electronics, electromagnetic field and microwave technology, communication and information systems, etc. Candidates are required to have professional knowledge that can cover the course scope set by the school's electrical engineering major.
II. Teaching Ability
Be able to teach core courses of electrical engineering major, such as circuit principles, analog electronic technology, digital electronic technology, signals and systems, etc. At the same time, also be able to teach some professional elective courses, like electronic circuit CAD, embedded systems, etc., and be able to skillfully organize teaching contents, plan teaching progress and select appropriate teaching methods according to the course syllabus.
Application of Teaching Methods and Tools:
Be familiar with modern educational technology means and be good at using multimedia teaching resources, such as electronic courseware, online teaching platforms, circuit simulation software (such as Multisim, PSpice) to enhance teaching effectiveness. Be able to use tools such as virtual laboratories for experimental teaching to help students better understand the application of electrical engineering theoretical knowledge in practice.
Teaching Experience Preferred:
Those with teaching experience in electrical engineering major in colleges and universities will be preferred. Teachers with teaching experience better understand students' learning difficulties and needs and can efficiently organize classroom teaching activities, including theoretical lectures, classroom discussions, experimental teaching and other links. They are also more experienced in teaching management aspects such as course assessment method design and student grade evaluation.
III. Scientific Research Ability:
Candidates are required to have certain scientific research ability and be able to actively apply for and preside over scientific research projects. For example, participate in research in the field of electrical engineering such as the National Natural Science Foundation, international scientific research cooperation projects or provincial and ministerial-level scientific research fund projects. For new foreign teachers, they may be required to first participate in the school's existing scientific research team projects and accumulate experience before independently carrying out scientific research work.
IV. Language Ability:
Those whose native language is English or German are preferred.
Since teaching in China, having a certain foundation in Chinese is better, which can facilitate daily communication with students and other Chinese faculty members.
V. Practical Experience:
Having work experience in related industries such as electronics enterprises, communication companies, and semiconductor manufacturing enterprises is a plus. For example, having experience as an electronic engineer, circuit designer, system test engineer, etc. in companies like Intel and Qualcomm can integrate cases and practical experience from actual engineering projects into the teaching process to help students better understand the application of electrical engineering in actual industrial production.
Practical Teaching Guidance Ability:
Be able to guide the practical teaching links of electrical engineering major, such as electronic circuit experiments, electronic system design practice, course design, graduation internship, etc. Be familiar with laboratory equipment operation, safety specifications for electrical engineering practice and project development processes to provide practical guidance for students.

Be able to closely cooperate with other teachers, laboratory technicians and teaching administrators in electrical engineering major. Play an active role in discipline construction, curriculum reform, laboratory construction and guiding students to participate in discipline competitions, and jointly promote the development of electrical engineering major.
