Haohai Consulting is an education company founded in 2012 by graduates from Cornell, MIT and UMich Ann Arbor aiming at providing Chinese students professional and high-quality college counseling service.

We are looking to hire skilled, motivated and creative individuals to join our team and to help us achieve our main objective: helping Chinese high school students apply to U.S. colleges through individual counseling, which including:

1. Providing one-on-one application guidance, discussing application strategies and school selection choices:
1). Conducting researches about different American top universities and being able to differentiate them based on clients’ different characteristics and making appropriate suggestions.

2). Educating students and parents about colleges, the college admissions process, trends, procedures, and testing policy. Helping students and families aspire realistically and choose wisely.
3). Being aware of issues and trends in college admission, higher education, testing policy, as well as keeping up-to-date about specific colleges.

2. Assisting with Haohai marketing events:
1). Participating in sales presentations, being able to analyze Haohai’ s successful cases and introduce our comparative advantages to customers.
2). Developing a good relationship with clients, performing routine contacts with potential clients.
3). Introducing personal experiences and successful tips when applying to universities and sharing with clients.

Skills & Qualifications
1). Bachelor or higher degree from top U.S. Colleges

2). Knowledge of The U.S. School System
3). Strong writing and editing skills
4). Leadership, organizational & interpersonal skills

5). Open to traveling and different cultural experiences

6). Experience working with students (Preferred)
