We are looking for an Application Specialist to work in our office in Montreal, Canada.

We are currently looking for a Collections Specialist for a 6 months contract.

The Collections Specialist must be fluent in both English and French.

The individual must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports and other documents. Along with, ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or company representatives

Essential Functions

• High volume emails / phone calls to assigned delinquent customers

• Manage customers on the over 60 days report

• Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due

• Provide excellent & considerate customer service to dealers and sales

• < > and External customer interface< > in team planning meetings

  Meet defined department goals and activity metrics

  Required Skills

• 3-5 years High Volume corporate Collections experience.

• Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures

• Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience a plus

• Strong attention to detail, goal oriented

• Experience with Excel, Outlook and Great Plains

  Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
