熟悉精通电商平台的人群运营工具，特别是建模类的工具模块，理解公司电商部门的投放策略，帮助品牌实现精准的投放需求，实现人群的深挖和运用。通过阿里数据工厂，京东九数等数据工具，对人群进行模型的优化，从而优化EC投放效果。 职位要求 1. 有丰富的数据建模处理经验，精通python 2. 熟悉阿里系或京东系电商运营工具，有一定的数据工厂或九数操作经验优先 3. 有多次通过人群数据挖掘帮助解决实际业务问题的经验 4. 有数据库SQL语句操作经验，有处理过数据清理的经验 5. 团队协作，沟通能力好 6. 自我学习新技术能力好

E-commerce Modelling Expert

About This Position

Team member in this role should be familiar with online advertising strategy in FMCG industry. He/she will support precision marketing by utilizing consumer analytic tools of E-commerce platform (Ali Data Bank, JD 9n, etc.), develop statistical models for potential consumer targeting.


Requirements

  • 2+ years’ of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques(clustering, decision tree, artificial neural networks, etc.)

  • Experience with SQL and Python

  • Familiar with E-commerce operation tools, experience with Ali Data Bank or JD 9n is a plus

  • Make business recommendations (online precision marketing)

  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams

Strong self-learning skills
