• Have experience of copper plating production. Identify the common defect, analyse the root cause and improve the copper plating accordingly. {3}
• Be familiar with the control and treatment of wast gas & waste water during copper plating process {3}
• Familiar with principle of different kind of major copper plating & de-plating process {2}
• Be familiar with different chemicals that are used in major copper plating. {1}
• working knowledge of low alloy steel, stainless steel and nickel based alloys (CRA) {3}
• welding spec and qualification experience {3}
• material testing processes {3}
• failure analysis and investigation experience {3}
• participate internal or 3rd party audits, involved in supplier audits {3}
• working knowledge of heat treating process {2}
• API, NACE, ISO knowledge {2}
• strong English oral and written skills {2}
• 5 to 8 years of experience {1}
• some casting (investment, lost wax, ...) experience {1}
• oil and gas industry related experience {1}
