Job Description
This position is responsible for all measures and activities related to supporting the development of the Corporate Culture Transformation and drive initiatives to enable faster adoption across CMiT incl., qualification and staff development measures, coaching and support of leaders and general staff while maintaining and continuously developing the corporate culture supporting staff´s daily duties and well-being in the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive organizational initiatives of employee engagement, leadership development, and career frameworks
- Conceptualize, drive and implement new development programs for leadership and general staff levels
- Responsible for providing internal coaching training incl. follow-up process
- Oversee the delivery of high quality and timely management information on all aspects of learning & development activity across the organization and information to report progress against agreed performance measures
- Manage and accompany a small team of trainees throughout their training program both on administrative and interpersonal level acting as mentor
- Design and lead all initiatives related to continuously developing CMiT´s corporate culture
- Achieve CMiT’s culture Transformation and implement core values globally
- Enhance awareness of CMiT’s leadership in the area of Corporate Culture Transformation.
- Assist, guide and consult top management during change process ensuring efficient communication and minimization of conflict potential
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
- Superior in organization and priority setting and able to work effectively under time pressure and deadline driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations
- Able to work independently & in a team with a pro-active, self-motivated, diligent and responsible manner
- Able to generate creative and innovative ideas for improvement and adopt to changes quickly
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality, trustfulness and a high standard of work ethics
- Distinct service orientation and the ability to build strong employee relationships locally and globally
- Profound skills in staff motivation, coaching, talent and organizational development
- Deep understanding and significant experience with Corporate Culture Transformation, leadership development and coaching
- Passionate about writing and public speaking
- Certification of ICF PCC level or WABC CBC level in coaching
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- University degree in HRM or Business Administration with focus on staff development
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in Staff Development/ Coaching, preferably in MNC
