Application Support Technical Specialist:
The incumbent of this position will lead the Middleware Team responsible for supporting Document Management, Search and Imaging/OCR Technologies as part of Global Production Assurance (GPA). The specific technologies / products supported currently include Documentum, IBM ECM, SharePoint, Citi Search, Attibio, Kofax, and Abbyy. Job description includes managing these infrastructure layers for all GFTS Applications, including keeping them up-to-date, onboarding new applications, and providing other operational support like COB readiness.

As the leader for this team, the incumbent will also be responsible for managing transformation into Cloud (CitiCloud as well as external) and Container world.

Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

5+ years Information Technology experience with the following:

Documentum and DFS, IBM ECM, SharePoint, Attivio, Abby, and Kofax.

5+ years’ experience with Cloud and Virtualization

Implementation of cloud and automation for application components, including AWS and GCP and Docker/Container Technology

High Availability (Clustering (Storage and Processes) and Load Balancing

Previous experience with Application and Web Server Administration

Weblogic, Websphere and Tomcat

IIS, IHS, Apache and iPlanet HTTP Servers

Java JDK and JRE installation and tuning

Enterprise Software Installation and configuration

Previous experience with Oracle Database (Good to have RAC and ASM knowledge
