About this opportunity
Responsible for handling inquiries, requests and/or issues from the business for company products/services. Handle clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders. Handle difficult customer situations and will take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, improve customer experience and/or specific clinical treatments. Ability to provide clinical leadership to treatments, quality and engineering. Establish treatment quality monitoring and clinical profiling. Involvement in clinical training at all levels (CAD Designers, clinical colleagues, customers, sales organization, etc.). Responsible for providing assistance to the sales organization. Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/ services and develop new ones. Participate in study groups as facilitator, host and/or organizer. Proficiency in all align treat proprietary software. Support the management of product safety reports by working with regulatory and quality assurance teams and propose ideas to improve product safety.
May be also involved in clinical hotline, inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and/or delivery of structured certification programs for customers.

MAJOR TRAINING TASKS
Clinical Inputs during the initial training phases.
Daily monitoring for treatments with quality issues.

This is an entry level position
In this role, you’ll need …
Requires a Dental Bachelor Degree from a five-year college or university
Typically, less than one year of directly related experience
May develop at this level for 2-3 years
Advance English

This role need to demonstrate high potential to learn and adapt and to manage the company tools to track and improve his own performance as well as the technicians´.
