Job Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic’s routine operations, including but not limited to staff roster, tasks allocation and delegation;
• To assist in recruitment and induction to new staffs, provide necessary staff training and coaching;
• Manage facilities & equipment maintenance, inventory control, occupational health and safety issues;
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity;
• Conduct staff annual reviews and help them to meet personal and company goals;
• To assist in complaints handling and rectification process;
• To coordinate with other departments to implement business strategies;
• Forecast staff requirement in line with corporate plan, develop operating plan & budget; and
• To assist management in any ad hoc task in fulfilling company goal.

Requirements

• Solid experience in clinic or healthcare setting operation with minimum of 3 years or above;
• 2+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required;
• Registered/Enrolled nurse is preferred but NOT essential;
• Analytical thinking with capability of exercising sound judgements when making decisions;
• Understanding in medical ethics and privacy data handling;
• Must be customer service oriented and be prepared to liaise with patients, their families, etc;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in MS Office;
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and problem-solving skills;
• Pleasant, well-organized, self-motivated and hard working with strong sense of responsibility; and
• Immediate available will be considered a great advantage.
