Your Role and Responsibilities

This Client Rep position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong communications and organisational skills, and is eager to learn and be a team player.

What will I be doing?
  • Driving new business with whitespace clients and generating revenue streams from existing clients
  • Engaging clients in transformational discussions across IBM's portfolio (Cloud, Analytics, AI, Blockchain etc)
  • Collaborate with the IBM ecosystem: senior Client Executives, business partner channel, pre-sales and more
  • Pipeline and sales process management, including effective forecasting and opportunity closure

Introduction

This Client rep role is suited to individuals who have between 2-8 years experience in sales.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What do I need to be successful in this role?
  • 2 years experience in IT Sales or a telesales environment would be advantageous
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Can demonstrate a track record of achieving and/or exceeding against one’s targets/KPI’s
  • Ability to articulate IBM’s value proposition, and the value of solutions to clients
