Job Description

A team blend a mix of business and technical skills, assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs with the technical constraints. The successful candidate will rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.

 

The candidate needs to help digital companies and startups to innovate and build new business models and customers business needs, map use cases and creating a cloud evolution plan to connect with CEAL's strategy to grant the usage of Oracle Cloud Solutions.

 

Help Oracle customers to formulate and execute a Business Cloud Strategy in terms of which accounts to focus and how to approach them in order to achieve better a cloud adoption results.

 

Work directly with our most strategic customers projects in LAD to ensure they use correctly cloud services and have successful on the Oracle Cloud Platform.

 

Ensure our engineering teams fully understand the end to end technical details of their services through the eyes of our customers.

 

Share best practices and patterns with the larger community worldwide.

 

A CEAL is a senior individual contributor who engages directly with customers. It is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and production with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer production blockers.

 

The candidates are expected to comfortably switch from a whiteboard to Cloud, especially in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI GEN2).

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Create, own and execute change adoption and communication plans for all assigned changes being implemented in a datacenter environment

·       Measure impact of adoption/communications, associated ROI and adjust plans as needed

·       Identify opportunities to standardize and/or improve operations mechanisms and operational excellence

·       Manage projects, own all program communications, identify/surface risks, remove roadblocks and facilitate decision-making

·       Define the business impact/benefits of assigned initiatives and identify key success measures

 

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience and skills\:

·       Expert skills in Cloud Technologies - Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP (and/or)

·       Cloud Certified - Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP (and/or)

·       5-10 years of experience in a change management focused role

·       Experience defining/scoping projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications and coordinating efforts to manage scope, schedule, budget and resources often involving different teams in a global 24X7 environment

·       Demonstrated experience and success at delivering cross functional programs and validated ability to influence without direct management authority, taking ownership and driving results

·       Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others

·       High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

·       Able to synthesize data and analytics to make informed decisions and provide recommendations

 

Preferred, Not Required

·       Previous experience utilizing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Kaizen)

·       Cloud Architect Certified

·       ITIL Change Management certified

·       Ability to build models and perform analysis to assess operational impact

 


!|!Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.

Develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Work with larger clients. Provide input into the CSM methodology and direction. Act as mentor to newer CSMs on a voluntary basis.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Recommended 7 to 10 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.
