Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales closely for client onboarding, e.g. explain the documentation requirements to clients, ensure the collection of client’s documentations are complete and accurate.
  • Responsible for account opening and maintenance of Securities, Futures and related financial products business in timely manner
  • Conduct CDD review, KYC and AML checking, and ensure appropriate escalation to internal teams
  • File and scan client documents orderly
  • Handle inquiries from Sales and clients
  • Review the data in systems and perform data cleaning when required
  • Refine workflow to enhance efficiency and meet organizational and operational objectives
  • Handle ad-hoc projects


Requirements

  • Degree holders preferred;
  • Holder of SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses representative 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service and financial industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, handling client’s enquiries tactfully and skillfully.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to deliver to a high standard under pressure and short deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities
  • Previous experience in KYC/AML in a client facing environment is highly preferable
