Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Sales closely for client onboarding, e.g. explain the documentation requirements to clients, ensure the collection of client’s documentations are complete and accurate.
- Responsible for account opening and maintenance of Securities, Futures and related financial products business in timely manner
- Conduct CDD review, KYC and AML checking, and ensure appropriate escalation to internal teams
- File and scan client documents orderly
- Handle inquiries from Sales and clients
- Review the data in systems and perform data cleaning when required
- Refine workflow to enhance efficiency and meet organizational and operational objectives
- Handle ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Degree holders preferred;
- Holder of SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses representative 2 years’ relevant experience in customer service and financial industry
- Strong interpersonal skills, handling client’s enquiries tactfully and skillfully.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to deliver to a high standard under pressure and short deadlines
- Ability to multitask and manage a high number of priorities
- Previous experience in KYC/AML in a client facing environment is highly preferable
