Job Description
- Provide comprehensive client service in overseas property after-sales, from sales admin support to leasing and property management
- Coordinate and oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Handle enquiries and requests from customers and business partners in a timely and effective manner
- Provide a full range of sales administrative support with a high level of accuracy and proficiency
- After-sales and product training will be provided on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in customer services/sales/property/relevant industries
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Client Services Manager
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus
- Knowledge of proper telephone and email etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrate a professional appearance at all time - Occasionally travel to overseas countries is required
