Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive client service in overseas property after-sales, from sales admin support to leasing and property management
  • Coordinate and oversee the signing of documents and disbursement of funds  
  • Handle enquiries and requests from customers and business partners in a timely and effective manner  
  • Provide a full range of sales administrative support with a high level of accuracy and proficiency     
  • After-sales and product training will be provided on a regular basis    

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in customer services/sales/property/relevant industries
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Client Services Manager
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese is a plus
  • Knowledge of proper telephone and email etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrate a professional appearance at all time - Occasionally travel to overseas countries is required
