Client Service Administrator (Pension Hotline/Non-sales/MPF/CS/Welcome Fresh Grad)

My client, a well-known Financial Institution (SFC Licenses 1,4,5,6,9) is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their elite team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and email, no cross selling is needed
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relation to Pension Business
  • Maintain good relationship with customers by providing customer service in professional manner
  • Provide clerical and administration support including data input and filing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above with 1 year or more experience in customer service / hotline service
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Cantonese
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Passed in MPF License Exam is an advantage
