Job Description & Summary

A career in Infrastructure and Property, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to be a part of developing and managing the PwC operational infrastructure that allows us to support our people and our clients. We focus on all aspects of internal infrastructure services from real estate site selection, facilities management, and physical security to managing relationships with Firm travel partners and event planning.

Our Facilities Management team is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a planned facility management programme that enables all aspects of PwC office space to be maintained at a standard that adheres with current local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll help provide a safe, clean and functional environment by ensuring the quality of mechanical operating systems, interior structures, assets, and life safety systems for all staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day facility management;
  • Monitor the progress of routine maintenance for various facilities and contractors for contracted-out jobs;
  • Keep track of changes and modification of operation requirements and deliverables;
  • Conduct regular checks on facilities and equipment to maintain smooth operation and public safety;
  • Liaise and coordinate with property management and outsourced contractors to facilitate smooth operation and management.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience in the property management, facility management or building service fields;
  • Diploma in Facility Management, Building Service, Public Safety or related discipline is an advantage;
  • Experience in AV equipment and setting is a plus;
  • Hands on experience in Autocad is preferable;
  • A good team player with strong communication, coordination skills and with a can-do attitude;
  • Mature, reliable & able to work independently;
  • Ability to set job priority and handle multi-tasks;
  • Occasional OT is required during weekends;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

  • 熟悉AV设备操作者优先;

  • 能区分轻重缓急,工作有条理;
  • 有时需要周末加班;
  • 熟练使用MS office软件;具备良好的中英文口语和写作能力。
