Responsibilities
To handle enquires from internal customers.
To perform clerical duties.
To be responsible for data entry and filing.
To perform ad hoc duties including outdoor works as assigned.
Requirements
HKCEE/HKDSE or above, with 5 subjects, including Chinese, English and Mathematics, at Level 2/Attained/Grade E or above.
A minimum of 2 years' clerical experience.
Mature, self-motivated, well-organized and accountable.
Good communication skills and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
