Job Duties:

• Review accident circumstances
• Validate policy engagement
• Determine EC and common law liabilities
• Initiate investigation if so required
• Engagement with peers, lawyers, adjusters/surveyors, healthcare, investigators and other stakeholders on claims matters

Job Requirements:

• A degree/diploma; insurance qualification or legal knowledge and/or background would be an asset
• Fresh Graduates are very encouraged to apply as Claims Service Associate
• Knowledge in local EC legislations would an asset.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Critical & lateral thinking required
• Positive & self-motivated
