Job Description

The Claims Services Associate's primary objective is assisting the Claims Services Department to prepare regular and ad hoc management reports and make the data analysis. To assist claims managers for claims related project planning, delivery, implementation as well as some Claims handling. Therefore, this is a very challenging and exciting for persons who would like to gain claims/project experiences all together in the General Insurance space.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Preparation and/or consolidation of all claims reports, run query and abstract the data from varies claims system database;

2. Provide support to Claims Managers for claims project planning, analysis, design, build and implementation;

3. Conduct documentation work for claims projects or operation.

4. Communicate with different stakeholders and/or claims colleagues as and when needed;

6. Co-ordination system administration along varies systems.

7. Simple Claims handling

8. Ad hoc claims related administration / department consolidation tasks


Requirements:

1. Be a self-motivated individuals with strong analytical skills;

2. Have 1 or 2 years of similar experience working in the financial institutions (preferably insurance companies);

3. Have good enough knowledge on I.T. where he/she can communicate with I.T. team efficiently;

4. Be able to complete task independently and deliver result with quality;

5. Be able to communicate fluently in English and Cantonese;

6. Be proficient in MS Office products especially macro excel and/or create query in AS400.
