Job Description

Assist Assistant Claims Manager to support the claims team in daily claims operation, enquiry and continuous claims process improvement

· Assess and approve complicated claims

· Meet service turnaround time and achieve claims KPI targets

· To handle enquiries from distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry team and customer complaint team

· Assist in reviewing workflow, implementing continuous claims process improvement

· Assist in compiling regular management report

· Assist in conducting training to colleagues and distributors

· Participate in assigned projects

Qualifications

  • University graduate or above with FLMI or quivalent
  • 1 -2 relevant experience in Claims and Insurance Industry is preferred
  • Customer Cnetric minded and good communication skill
  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
