Job Responsibilities:

• Collect the claim information from sales colleagues;
• Analysis the root cause of claim with the support for functions;
• Provide the solution based on the teamwork;
• Prepare working instruction;
• Negotiate with customer, balance the cost and efficiency;
• Prepare the claim report and data;
• Drive the corrective and prevent actions in house;
• Share lesson-learned with relevant colleagues;

Skills and Qualifications:

• College at least
• mechanical background, PHE is prefer;
• 5 years working experience in marine, food, chemical or HVAC industrial is prefer;
• Good at Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PPT);
• Good communication and business negotiation skill
• Nimble learning and teamwork sense
• Can work under pressure, frequent business travel;
• Fluent writing and oral English;
