JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

2. Budget controlling and monthly project tracking and review in order to optimize all progress working properly

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

2. Responsible for drawing the steel product processing chart;

3. Responsible for supporting the hull steel ladders and handrails, steel plants;

4. Responsible for strike a balance among quality, speed and cost;

5. Responsible for the safety, quality, cost, schedule，the structure, architecture, installation of line and electric;

6. Make the technological exchange with the production department and put forward the production requirements of the product;

7. Communicated with the construction on-site person in charge, make the quick reaction to locale issues;

8. Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Major in civil engineering or architectural education, 2+ year's related working experience in chemical construction civil engineering.

3. Effective communication skill in English.

4. Familiar with international engineering and project execution systems.

5. Strong team spirit.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE)/优先考虑条件:

2. Working experience in civil engineering in a multi-national company

3. Good negotiation and organization skills

4. Good knowledge in English, both spoken and written
