• Take responsibility for hospitality service in Chinese Restaurant. Advice supervisors, captains and below to supply high quality service and internal management as a mentor.
• Comprehensive handle the complaints, sum up the event to improve service standard.
• Communicate with guest about dish, give feedback to kitchen.
• Check staff grooming, remind them to obey hotel rules.
• Monitor staff use restaurant facilities and utensil in proper way, control their spoilage.
• Fully complete training task on the basis of training plan. Evaluate staff their work performance.

• At least 5-years experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Be familiar with management and service knowledge. Be proficient in service skill and training.
• Flexible in communication and complaints solving ability.
• Abundant knowledge in Food & Beverage
