Product yield and defect improvement work

Prepare or modify MPI/WI…product related documents and training for operators

Tool parameter monitoring and process adjustment to meet the product quality requirement

Communication with related process（Before/After）to arrange the engineering experiments

Process improvement work

• 大学本科学历，物理工程或材料相关专业；

Bachelor degree, major in physical engineering or material related 

• 有与真空设备生产相关的工艺经验者优先；

Vacuum related process experience is preferred

• 熟悉SPC相关的控制以及统计数据分析

Familiar with SPC control and data statistical analysis

• 有较好的沟通能力和团队协作意识；

Good communication and teamwork sense

• 良好的英文读写能力；

Good written and oral in English
