Job Description:

The position will lead the fabric manufacturing progress, manage domestic and overseas cut & sew mills fabric shipment status and fabric license application, maintain good relationships among fabric suppliers, cut & sew mills, and customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Review the production capacity and timeline with fabric suppliers weekly

• Work with cut & sew mills the fabric license application and track the status

• Create, release and maintain the fabric and components POs in ERP

• Understand the cut & sew mills’ production timeline, communicate with planning team in time if there are any delays

• Work and track with logistics team on the fabric shipping status for the urgent fabrics

• Keep efficient communication with US fabric team and your manager on the production progress and shipment status

• Purchase the pre-production and test sample fabrics for each cut & sew mill and US plant

• Track the fabric quality issues from cut & sew mills and report to the US fabric engineer team

• Distribute weekly fabric open PO status to each cut & sew mill, call out any outstanding fabrics

• Monitor fabric shortage and excess status, and report to your manager if there is any outstanding fabric

• Travel to fabric mills

• Be flexible to handle additional assignments from your manager

Professional Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree

• Understand international trade process and be familiar with the supply chain

• Requires good communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivation, self-management, self-confidence, team spirit and good mind-set

• Familiar with ERP system operations

• 3-5 years related experience in production field is required, any logistics and fabric production background are a plus

• Be able to travel Domestically in China

• Very fluent English skill in reading, speaking and writing
