Job Description

You are passionate about the behaviours of the many people, and the trends that influence them. To be successful in this role, you have passion for Home Furnishing, Customer Centric thinking and behaviours, as well as care and empathy for people. You have a strong competence in learning agility and curiosity, as well as confidence and influence together with emotional and social intelligence. You are an excellent collaborator with proven mastery and expertise in applying change management frameworks and methodologies; experience with applying well-known frameworks (e.g. ADKAR), and strong and diverse experiences in successfully delivering large transformation change.

We see that you are a strong relationship builder with the ability to collaborate, work and influence at all levels within an organization, a strong positive leadership skill with demonstrated ability to work with senior leaders and navigate teams through a dynamic environment.

You hold strong Project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within budget, together with experience leading or managing small teams effectively, and planning/structuring project related work.

You need a proven record of consistently meeting agreed budgets and goals, and working on plans over a number of years with outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, and demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that result in new ideas that drive the business forward. You are able to think, lead and act strategically, and need a proven record of developing people and organizations in a people-centric organization with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly in English.
You have knowledge in following areas:

? the three dimensions of sustainability: how to balance and merge environmental, social and economic aspects to define sustainability and how IKEA uses that knowledge in striving for growth within the limits of the planet.

? sustainable operations transformation: how to transform our operations to become climate positive and contribute to a circular society.

? IKEA’s digital strategy and transformation, and how to be an ambassador for digital retailing

? how to set direction, create and manage plans, set budgets and goals, and follow up on KPIs across all channels.

? how to secure growth, low cost and sustainable profitability in accordance with our overall purpose, retail direction and our financial strategy

? how to ensure high quality execution of all People processes securing performing, competent and engaged co-workers.

? business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership technique.

? local market and competition in order to support innovative methods of meeting and/or exceeding business priorities.

? meeting and interacting with external media.
