• 与卫生机构协调，确保百汇的医疗规范符合政府部门的政策规定

• 协助制定标准规范和流程并相应监督实施

• 与设备部门协助，保障X光机器设备高质量运行

Position: Chief Radiologist

Job Summary

Chief Radiologist is expected to contribute to a close and mutually beneficial relationship between the international medical staff and external radiology service suppliers and the management. Overall manages all imaging studies for Parkway patients, provides patient centered service and ensure all examinations comply with international and Parkway standards.

Job Description

Managerial Duties:

• Closely work with MAB to ensure overall radiology and Ultrasound standard SOP for the clinics, monitor execution and implementation

• Daily radiology and Ultrasound staff management, including schedule, leave application, performance appraisal, etc

• Maximize the efficient and effective utilization of all radiological and ultrasound resources around the clinics

• Assist Radiologist and Ultrasound doctor recruitment and engagement for the clinics

• Work with medical quality & operation team to ensure that any adverse medical cases and complaints for the clinics are addressed swiftly and effectively

  Radiological Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring that appropriate X-rays are taken for each examination in accordance with guidelines

• Responsible for patient care, using lead protection where appropriate, ensuring minimal exposure of radiation to the patient and to self

• Responsible for the amount of radiation given to the patient to allow for maximum image quality while protecting patient safety

• Responsible for the communication with both Chinese and foreign doctors for clarifications and queries, ensuing the high quality of the bilingual imaging reports

• Participate in meetings organized by government officials, and provide updates to management team

• Coordinate with health bureau and ensure our practices align with rules & regulations issued by related government

• Support to set up SOPs and execute accordingly

• Co-work with facility dept and ensure the operation with high quality control and maintenance of X-ray equipments

• Responsible for recording and reporting equipment faults and defects

• Train and supervise radiographers and support recruiting in technical components

• Manage manpower utilization

• Select and accredit external radiology service suppliers and monitoring their quality and service standards

  
  Qualifications:

• Medical degree. Completed Specialist training in Radiology, good at CT/MRI reading preferred

• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in hospital or clinic, holding current Radiology license and possesses leadership skills

• Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently

• Professional appearance & demeanor, pleasant & outgoing personality

• Customer focused, organized and detail-oriented

• Adaptability to fast pace environment

• Excellent English and interpersonal skills
