Overall Purpose of the Job
As the leader of Healthline services, manage Healthline team to ensure fulfillment of all responsibilities of Healthline services and be accountable to achieve business and service quality target.
In charge of Healthline and other wellness product development, optimization and promotion.
Liaising with internal functions, support operation and business development of Healthline and other wellness related products.
Other health and wellness related work as directed.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Management of Healthline team
As the team leader and manager, in charge of daily rotation arrangement, objective setting, performance assessment, team-building and coaching team members.
Take overall accountability of Healthline service quality and report to related management team.
Take the overall accountability to lead Healthline team reach business target
Liaison with internal functions
Be responsible for internal communication, support and cooperation with Sales and Marketing, operation, customer services, and medical team for Healthline and other wellness service related issues.
Define and develop wellness product
According to market demand and client’s needs, lead the team to define, develop and deliver new wellness products and associated supporting SOPs, documents and technical requirement.
Support wellness product promotion activity
Liaise with Sales and Marketing team, support wellness product promotion activity including attending client meeting, delivering wellness education lectures and organizing promotion activities etc.
Support sourcing and relationship maintenance of third party wellness service providers
Liaise with Global Assistance Network team and Partner Development team, lead team to support Healthline and other wellness service provider sourcing, network establishment, and relationship maintenance.
Provide training to wellness doctor and CSE
Be accountable for defining and delivering Healthline and other wellness product job related training and introduction materials.
Development and Promotion of Intl.SOS and Aspire Lifestyle Services
To participate, under the direction Healthline Program Manager and China Medical Director, in consultation with the Business Manager, Partnership Development Manager, social and professional activities to assist in marketing or general management objectives.
To assist in explaining Aspire Lifestyle as well as Intl. SOS scope of service to prospective and existing clients upon request from the Marketing Department
Under the direction of functional manager, participate and lead new Healthline product development and delivery work

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
At least 3 years formal clinical practice experience in a 3A hospital, or 5+ years clinical practice in a 2A above hospital
At least 2 years of experience in leader role, or as project manager/leader for more than 2 completed projects in health or wellness field
Required Qualifications:
Master Degree or above, graduated from recognizable medical university
Hold valid Chinese clinical doctor qualification and practice license
Travel Requirements:
Occasion Travel as required by organizational, operational or business needs.
Required Languages:
Fluent English and Mandarin in Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
