Job Responsibilities

• Report to CEO directly, also need to report to headquarter financial department & CEO
• Liaise with auditors, lawyers, sponsor, other external parties and lead the IPO process
• Responsible for the formulating of financial and operational strategies for the company for IPO preparation
• Formulate the company financial policy that can facilitate to build the SOP for company finance department
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and reports consolidation, reporting accurate financial results to the company
• Oversee the accounting, investor relations, tax and treasury departments
• Other tasks assigned by senior management

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration / Finance / Accounting
• CFA or CPA professional qualification
• At least 10-year experience in financial management and at least 5 years in management accounting of listing company
• Previous formed Audit Firm background and preferable with helping company IPO experience will be a merit
• Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Putonghua
• Strong business and finance acumen
• Experience with China Account System will be an advantage
• Willingness to travel around the region on an occasional basis
