- Establish and maintain profressional efficient and effective communication channel within the Room Division and Entire Hotel
- Implement policies and procedure under the guidance of the General Manager
- Monitor and coordinate the service Performed by outside contractors in accordance to the contract, leases, service agreement, and warranties to ensure the project well organized
- Keep all record pertaining to heat, light, power, and cost the facility while the original document submitted to the financial controller for future reference of the operational
- Ensure timely response to service request from guests, employees, and management to repair or replace interior fixtures or furnishing to maintain the hotel standard
- Establish annual energy reduction objective to support energy saving project
- Maintain inventory of part, tools, and supplies to support operational need.
- Train and supervise subordinates and conduct training for all employees on safety and emergency to improve skill and knowledge
- Develops team spirit and motivation by creating a good working atmosphere
- Analyze and modify operation of the physical plant for energy conservation
- Organizes and checks employees' work
- Perform other duties be assigned by the management.
Work Experience
- Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar field
- Must have practical and theoritical skills in related area: cold-storage, air-conditioning, building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations (ERP in France)
- Knowlege and experience of associated computer applications
- Languages: fluent in the national language, and English
