Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining high standard of day-to-day operations in kitchen
- Responsible for production of western cuisine
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in kitchen
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience in western cuisine
- Creative menu planning, standard recipe production, basic costing and cost control principles
- Experience in banqueting, mass production and advance preparation
- Able to work with a multi-national team and assist or cooperate with others
