Candidate attributes we are looking for:

Proven leadership skills

Assist in training staff

Help with menu and preparation and ordering

Love to cook, innovative and share your ideas

Able to delegate duties and share responsibilities

Ensure stock rotation and minimum wastage in happening

Ensure all equipment is maintained working correct, serviced and cleaned

Maintain hygiene and safety procedures daily

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

2-3 years experience cheffing or 3-4 chef experience chef 

Good verbal English
