Job Description
工作職責 Job Duties:
- Assist in daily operations in kitchen and ensure dishes are prepared timely and efficiently
- Responsible for preparing the ingredient, cooking in a safe and professional manner
- Responsible for following the Club standard of hygiene and safety, and maintaining the cleanliness in kitchen
- Play an active role in fulfilling the supervisory responsibilities for occupational health and safety
工作要求 Job Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience, with hotel / club experience is preferred
- Good command in spoken Chinese and English
- Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and a good team player
