These are your detailed responsibilities: • Main point of contact for channel partners and Lenovo channel sales for programs related questions. • Dialogue and capture of on-going feedback around Lenovo program effectiveness. Leveraging partner feedback and providing input into the campaign process for future program enhancements and updates. • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of competitive programs and Lenovo’s competitive comparison, specific to the Data Center Environment. • Develop relationships with partners through ongoing communication, cadence, quarterly reviews and on-site visits and partner events. • Engagement with the sales team and partners on program results and key updates. • Maintain best-in-class customer experience • Willingness and ability to resolve any customer/partner related issues professionally. • Ability to proactively recommend any operational and/or management efficiencies. #### Position Requirements: • Expert knowledge of Lenovo DCG channel programs and associated benefits. • Knowledge of the as a Service business and its competitive environment. • Experience in building Business Partner Programs. • Understanding of Lenovo DCG channel strategy and executing against that strategy • Strong working knowledge of DCG portfolio of offerings.
