Channel & Platform Development Manager (Job ID: 2658)

Responsibilities

• To explore new solutions to resolve customers’ usage problems and technical issues as well as streamlining business process and channel experience
• To collect, define and analyse customers’ needs and feedbacks on channels, systems, services and processes for further enhancement and streamlining
• To manage and monitor the execution progress of project in the project plan
• To provide guidance on the job training and direction to subordinates in performing the assigned tasks
• To comply with all applicable regulations, rules and guidelines set by regulators and the Bank

Requirements

• University graduate in e-commence, banking or finance
• Preferable over 4 years’ experience in banking sector covering
• At least 2 years’ experience as supervisory role
• Sound knowledge in digital corporate banking operations, procedures, rules and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and within tight schedules
• PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
