The Role

You will be responsible for developing your channel partners’ Oracle NetSuite business practise to increase subscription revenues and market share. Job duties are varied and sometimes complex, needing independent judgment. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

 

Your Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Manage and continuously grow NetSuite’s subscription revenue through channel partners
  • Identify and recruit channel partners for your territory
  • Provide support and guidance to help your channel partners develop their business plans
  • Proactively support partners during sales activities and engagements to C-level executives
  • Clearly understand and articulate the value of Oracle NetSuite’s products and services
  • Acquire & maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions
  • Build and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with your partners
  • Provide ongoing education/information to channel partners
  • Demonstrate initiative, creativity & collaboration to support our partners and prospects
  • Must be willing to travel

Requirements

  • Language proficiency to stated level
  • 6-10 years of direct and/or indirect enterprise software sales experience
  • Understand ERP business solutions and its benefits to support customer needs
  • Proven success selling in a consultative/team environment to C-Level and end-user decision makers
  • Knowledge and experience of working in collaboration with channel partners / resellers 
  • Able to create business plans with partners and support them with executing against them
  • Business savvy with ability to build creditability at the C-Level
  • Well-developed professional with excellent solution selling, negotiation and ability to influence skills
  • Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
