Job Description

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts with a group of select channel partners. In this role you will work directly with partners, NetSuite sales and other marketing functions to create impactful campaigns and activities that result in incremental leads for our partners to accelerate the growth of their pipeline.

  • Build quarterly marketing plans with partners. 
  • Build out a marketing demand generation strategy with assigned partners
  • Create multi-touch campaigns that may include email, online, social media, events and/or webinars
  • Create a content plan to support partner campaigns.
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Work closely with other marketing functions 
  • Create scorecards to manage the effectiveness of campaigns

Required Skills

  • Strong writing skills
  • Understanding of marketing or sales concepts, lead nurturing and lead generation
  • Previous marketing or sales BDR/SDR experience
!|!As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.

Works alongside established Channel Marketing staff on advertising / public relations and communication activities as defined and communicated by management. Disseminate key corporate information to the product or geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Assist in identifying effective distribution channels. Following guidance from more senior team members, ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a product or geographical basis as needed; following procedures and policy. Following strict procedures and working alongside establish marketing staff work on joint marketing plans with partners. Establish and maintain necessary contact with selected suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how.
