Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultation, such as introducing course details and proposing suitable course packages, to prospective customers
• Maintain good customer relationship
• Manage the centre’s class schedule
• Handling walk-in inquiries, calls, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain the centre’s appearance
• Provide assistance to teachers when needed

 Requirements

• Must have passion towards young children.
• Form 6 graduate or above
• Fresh graduates are welcome, but 1-2 years working experience preferred
• Cheerful, caring, patient, responsible and initiative.
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage

Remuneration packages

• 5 days working & long lunch hour
• Starting salary $13k-15k + bonus 
• Provide all round training

Working hours

• 5 days working per week (including Saturday)
• 9:15am – 7:00pm (4 days between Monday-Friday) and 9:15am – 6:30pm (Saturday)
