职位描述:
配合中心校长管理销售团队，执行并监督中心KPI的完成，进行销售数据分析，完成并跟进培训项目，并达成中心业绩指标。确保销售团队与学员之间的良好关系，帮助学员达成学习目标 。

You will:

• Promote and maintainintegrity and honesty in the best interest of customer and the company

促进及维护销售团队的诚信意识，将客户及公司利益置于首要位置

• Cooperating with CGM to managecenter sales team to achieve center sales target. Executing and monitoringcenter KPI, center sales figure analysis.

遵从公司相关制度和标准流程，达成每日业绩指标KPI，完成设定的各种目标；

• Participating recruitment,organizing and supporting center training to maximize sales teampotential.

邀约客户到访，了解客户需求，向客户提供专业的咨询，介绍英语提升解决方案，推荐个人英语学习计划；

• Providing support to CC toensure the sales service quality.

积极维护客户关系，提供良好的学习体验，提升客户满意度，并帮助学员达成学习目标;

• Executing and monitoringsales tea using all the company systems timely and correctly such as email,salesforce and Recording System etc. to ensure the smooth working process,communication and customer information handling.

正确使用公司各种系统，如：Email，客户管理系统（Salesforce）以及其他系统等，确保信息更新维护的准确性和及时性；

• Working with all relevantdepartments to improve the center operation.

与中心其他部门积极沟通，有效协作，共同维护良好的工作和学习环境

• Other duties andresponsibilities assigned by the Company when needed.

You have/are:

• 5+ years of workingexperience and at least 2 years on management position in fast-paced growthenvironment. Had independently handled overall management and experienced workwith people from different culture.
• Sales and marketingbackground, previous experience in meeting sales targets a plus.
• Strong interpersonalskills and proven track record in team leadership and staff management.
• Organizational abilities,detail-oriented and able to manage complex multifaceted organization.
• Can work under pressure,creative, problem-solving and self-motivated.
• Proficient Englishcompetency in both oral and written, can communicate confidently and fluentlywith international staff
