Job Duties 職責:

• Be responsible for the highest standard of delivery for catering activities 
• Supervise the team on daily operations 
• Support the banquet services for school
• Assist Manager to handle administrative work and company ordering system 
• 提供優質餐飲服務
• 管理餐飲團隊日常運作
• 支援學校活動的宴會服務
• 協助餐飲經理處理行政工作及使用公司落單系統

Job Requirements 要求:

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in hospitality industry 
• Basic in spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Service-oriented, self-motivated and possess strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
• Work shift duty
• 三年或以上餐飲經驗
• 基本英文及中文說話能力，懂閱讀中英文
• 熟悉電腦操作
• 積極主動，帶領團隊完成工作
• 需要輪更工作

Place of Work 工作地點: 

• Ma On Shan (close to Wu Kai Sha MTR Station, 6 mins walk)
• 馬鞍山 (港鐵烏溪沙站, 6分鐘)
