Job Description
Major Redponsibility:
Ensure that all catering business is handled professionally through coordinating closely with the Banquet Team and the Sales Team. Take over from the Sales Team once a banquet contract is signed. Follow up on all details of the event including deposits, set up, menus, program rundown and payment.

Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 year work experience in hotel industry from a sizeable international hotel organization with catering sales / operation experience.
- Knowledge of local market and business practise.
- Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin / Chinese.
