Responsibilities:

• Develop Business Area CAPEX strategy and provide high level guidance to THR/THF/AUU/CNV;
• Manage CAPEX spend and report, do spend analysis, market analysis at BA level;
• Support local purchasing and govern CAPEX/Tooling status on regular basis;
• Align CAPEX strategies between local/BA and global, make sure consistency;
• Support Suppliers scouting in APAC to support others BAs;
• Support others BAs on negotiation with Asian suppliers;
• Enhance contract Management and NDA/SLA implementation;
• Engage key stakeholders, build strong partnership between function and purchasing; · Manage, coach and develop BA purchasing employees;
• Effectively drive NOWC improvement activities for BA;
• Monitor product/service quality and build robust mechanism to improve management;
• Dig into operation steps and improve P2P efficiency for BA;
• SBM(supplier base management)/SRM(supplier relationship management);
• Manage BA purchasing report, ensure accuracy and efficiency;
• Foster innovation input from suppliers and promote it into Electrolux organization · Comply with Electrolux Code of Conduct, Ethical and Compliance Rules

Need Competencies:

• Fluent English is must;
• Able to travel for business purpose;
• Experience in CAPEX or Tooling with a relevant technical equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years in purchasing or operational management or equivalent;
• Capability in coaching and developing team is needed;
• Solid record on commercial results delivered;
• Experience on project management and proven record on results delivered;
• Hands on experience with manufacturing process management;
• In-depth knowledge about indirect categories;
• Strong team player with outstanding communication and cross function skills;
• Strong service mind and proven capability on stakeholder engagement;
• Experience about demand management or change management is preferred;
• Able to successfully manage diversity and conflicts;
• Self-driven with high integrity;
• Experiences on MRO and Facility Management is considered a plus

• Languages:
• Other languages: Fluent spoken and written English Thai native speaker is preferred. Chinese speaker is considered a plus.
