Responsibility:

• In charge of SH / HK/ SZ /BJ /TZ bank cashier, timely payment via online banking, avoid double payment or delay payment. Include local and oversea payment.
• In charge of cash settlement.
• Record daily bank payment, receiving and balance. Check cash and bank balance by the end of each month, make sure account agree with physical inventory.
• Timely check the safe monitor system and do declaration

• Verify employees’ travel expenses reimbursements, make sure the claim agree with company policy.

• Bind up all kinds of accounting vouchers.
• Other tasks assigned work by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• University graduate majored in accounting/Finance in propriety
• Has Accountant license
• Familiar with SAP and excel
• Good in written and reading English.
• Hard working, carefully and actively.
